45,000 square feet of precision manufacturing space
Based in Birmingham, our facility is the engine room of our operations. We operate from a 45,000 sq/ft premises in Witton, strategically located to serve the UK's industrial heartland and international markets alike. This space isn't just about square footage; it is home to an extensive range of plant and machinery, including seven vacuum forming machines capable of handling parts up to 2.5m x 2.7m. From our high and low-pressure polyurethane cells to our 5-axis CNC routers, every inch of our facility is designed for scalability.

Our team of 45 staff members brings together decades of collective experience in thermoforming, PU moulding, and composite engineering. Our workforce includes technical designers, skilled machine operators, and quality assurance experts who all share a common goal: delivering parts that are right the first time.
